DOES NOT WORK

I downloaded this program twice. I tried to open a .DAT file, It told me I could not open unless I bought the premium version. I was in a bind, so I did. It charged me $6.99 for the premium version. I still cannot open a file. Every time I do, it again tells me I need the premium version even though I have already paid for it. Piece of junk. Gave it one star because it would not take “zero” stars.
